David Collins started Future Conversations in early 2006 after seven years of successfully leading sustainability projects, firstly at Marks & Spencer, and then by developing an award winning programme with a £5bn UK construction sector.

Interventions are customised for client needs. Tools, workshops and coaching deliver solutions to shift cultures, align people and strategy, and develop ownership and leadership. Expertise in management systems, sustainability reporting, carbon neutral status, and other technical matters is available.

We have worked with FTSE 100 companies, SMEs, charities, universities and other public sector organisations.

The business is run with partners and associates, which allows us to put together teams of people to suit specific client needs. Associations include those with Great Performance Group, the Vivian Partnership and Talent Innovations.
